The Leader-Ship Programme is a leadership and communication workshop held aboard our private catamaran — designed for corporate and management teams (max. 25 attendees).

Participants enjoy a scenic sail through Lisbon’s most inspiring riverside views, creating the perfect backdrop for leadership and team-building activities:
